Danny Walker obtained both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University. Danny served in the U.S. Air Force from 1973 to 1978, with the Judge Advocate General Corps. Danny concentrates his practice in the areas of healthcare law, corporate and business formations, acquisitions and general corporate issues, successions and estate planning.

Bill Eroche obtained both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University. Bill concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, wills and successions, corporate law, medical malpractice, personal injury, and the representation of various government entities.
