General law practice in South Louisiana concentrating in healthcare law, general and medical malpractice defense, and related trial work in state and federal courts; general business related practice to include negotiating and writing contracts for the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets, and general corporate issues, banking law. ú Healthcare Law: General counsel to the board of commissioners of a 261-bed general acute care medical center since 1979 – present.
